At Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE), we offer passenger Pick up:

1. Baggage Claim Meet: Your chauffeur will meet you at the customs exit if you are arriving on an international flight, or at the airline's baggage claim area if you are arriving domestically. In either case, your chauffeur will escort you to your vehicle. Advanced reservation required.

PLEASE NOTE that we can usually still serve you without a reservation. If you arrive at the airport without a reservation, you should still call us. Most of the time we can still accommodate you, with an approximate extra charge of $50.00 for 1 Hour service.
